BEFORE I HAVE MY SMOOTHIE (get your smoothie book HERE), I START MY DAY WITH LEMON WATER. WE WERE OUT OF LEMONS (A SERIOUS TREVESTY IN THIS HOUSE!) SO IT IS A LIME & THYME WATER MORNING OVER HERE!

Lime-Thyme Water
•1-3 Sprigs Fresh Thyme⁣
•1/2 Lime (I even do a whole)⁣
•16-32 oz Water ⁣

That’s it! ⁣
-Cut, squeeze, and drop in your lime juice and the whole piece.
-Add the thyme. ⁣

Drink throughout your morning. Make more throughout the day. ⁣

𝗧𝗵𝘆𝗺𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗼𝗼𝗼𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀! It is anti-viral, great for the nervous system (it contains carvacrol), has pyridoxine for the brain, ⁣
helps purify (great for digestion), is high in antioxidants, and many bioflavonoids! ⁣
